Terms and Condition
- V5.0 and V6.0 CSL/ Replica Tail lights are a special order only and cannot be returned Exchanged only if there is any defects- We check them prior to ship and Test each Unit to turn on and test all signal , brake , and hazard lights
- We do not accept any Returns after 30 days - All RGBW Kits are built to order per specific vehicle and Certain Circumstances will apply for any returns or replacements if found Defective - A Restocking Fee of $75.00 for all RGBW Kits, $200.00 For all CSL Style Tail Lights returned unopened certain circumstances apply- Prior Authorization is required from Vinyl Designs 2 and will be given a Return Authorization Number
- Each RGBW DRL Kit is tested prior to sending it out to the Customer : We check the Bluetooth Controllers for all colors displayed , RGBW Drivers to ensure that your Signal, Hazard Lights work properly , (DRL's RGBW Kits DO NOT HAVE ANY EFFECT TO THE HEADLIGHT SYSTEM LED'S ARE TESTED TO ENSURE WORKING PROPERLY )
- General PDF Instructions are available they are updated periodically and can change. Send a Request prior to receiving your DRL RGBW Kit to understand the proper installation - We do not warranty any kit if we find the Shop/Installer improperly installed the RGBW DRL Kit . It is very important the installer/Shop you choose understands the installation process Vinyl Designs 2 is not responsible for improper installations , Error codes cause from improper connections . We are here to help any Shop/Installer with installation - Don't Be afraid to ask Questions or procedures prior to installation. Always double check your work - You / Shop is liable for the installation
All items must be in NEW Condition - Meaning not opened or used... We test every unit prior to shipping to ensure no issue with installation - These are 12V electrical components and can easily be damaged if not installed properly - DO NOT OPEN IF YOU INTEND TO RETURN IT - There is absolutely no Refunds for Opened or Used Items.
- Improperly installed LED Boards will not be accepted for returns- you will need to ship it back to us to determine the cause to the LED Board, RGBW Drivers or Blue Tooth Controller- If we find it is a defect we will ship out a replacement LED Board, RGBW Driver, or Replacement Blue Tooth Controller
- TO process a refund you will need to ship it back to : Vinyl Designs 2 169 Skyway Drive Vallejo Ca 94591- Be sure it is unopened and the LEDS are Sealed in an anti static bag if it is not this will VOID your Refund and the kit will be either returned or Charge a Re Stocking and Testing Fee of 75.00 of Opened items which must be in resalable condition -If any of the Items are not in a resalable condition the following charges will apply : Blue tooth controller 95.00 , RGBW Driver 50.00 each RGBW LED Boards ( Outer DRL ) 95.00 RGBW LED Boards ( Inner ) 75.00 Sing le LED Boards 75.00 ( Outer DRL ) Single DRL ( Inner ) 50.00
- Any Orders out of the USA for warranty or replacement you will need to ship it back to Vinyl Designs 2 so we can test the LED Board , RGBW Driver, or Bluetooth Controller prior to sending out a replacement at our Discretion - We may ask for a video and pictures to warrant a replacement and you are responsible for Shipping Charges out of the USA - All Port, Duty Taxes are the responsibility of the Customer Only
- We understand that issues can arise we are here to help and understand what could of gone wrong were not here to blame any customer/ installer but to understand the issue so we can update our procedures on installation process - These are electrical components that can easily be damaged within a second by not understanding the proper installation and fry a critical component .
- Check your local laws pertaining to DRL LED Lighting -White shade through Yellow are Legal in the USA- Other Colors are for Show Purpose only .
